2019 Highlights

We have reached the end of 2019 and it was yet another successful year! We achieved so much, here’s to name a few:

• For the 3^rd year in a row, we were named one of America’s Fastest Growing Companies by Inc. 5000.
• We also ranked #35 amongst Top Human Resources Companies and were amid Top North Texas Qualifiers.
• Our client base expanded 29% from last year.
• And we experienced 205% growth and are on a strong trajectory for 2020.

And that’s not all!

• We hit the ground running at the start of the year with our TBX® Roadshows to develop new and cement existing broker relationships.
• We began piloting our Small Medium Business solution, bringing big company solutions down market, and identifying our key carrier partnerships for this initiative.
• We tailored our product videos by incorporating behavioral science to provide personalized information to employees so they could better understand the benefits being offered to them. No wonder over 90% of employees report that TBX® makes it easy to understand and enroll into benefits. Now that’s getting the RIGHT results!
• We also launched a series of video tutorials aimed at providing step by step instruction to our benefit administrators to ensure they know how to maximize the TBX® system to the fullest.
• Our team has expanded too! We experienced 6% growth in staff and added 15 new faces to the TBX® family – making team building events such as Stars Games, Group Dynamix, a Brewery Tour, attending the Texas State Fair and movie day so much more fun!
• We enjoyed giving back to our community by volunteering at Angel Flight, Harvest Hope, Oliver Gospel Mission, and many others!

Consolidation, Simplification and Alignment between HR teams and CFO’s were our keys to success in 2019. Providing world-class technology at NO COST is a sure way of making a purposeful impact to aligning HR and CFO goals. As we continue to grow and improve our modern enrollment experience, we will continue to convey the RIGHT message, at the RIGHT time!
